This website for John Bird’s Higher Engineering Mathematics gives students the full solutions to all of the 2100 exercises throughout the book, printable versions of essential formulae, revision pages of important algebra topics, and a bank of biographical information about famous mathematicians and engineers mentioned in the book. Also three additional chapters from the old edition:

  • Inequalities
  • Arithmetic and geometric progressions
  • Binary, octal and hexadecimal numbers are supplied as bonus materials

Lecturers adopting the book for course use can also access the solutions and marking schemes to the revision tests in the book, as well as all of the illustrations used in the book, which can be downloaded for use in the classroom.
