Jerry Maguire is a smooth talking sports agent who is willing to say or do anything to get the biggest possible contract for his clients. One day he realizes that his fast talking and schmoozing is an unethical strategy for accomplishing his goals. When he issues a manifesto to his company laying out his new philosophy, he loses his job and all of his clients. In the aftermath of losing his job, he is forced to find a balance between accomplishing his professional goals as a sports agent and treating his constituents with honesty and respect.

Nicholas Easter is a juror on a trial in which a gun manufacturer is on trial. He is a very strategic and skilled communicator, but his goal of swaying the jury is less than appropriate.
