Welcome to the companion website for Systems Leadership, Second Edition.

When we came to write the second edition of the book Systems Leadership it was clear that there was much more material than could be included in a single volume. In the first edition there was a CD included with extra case studies. For the second edition we thought it more appropriate to put extra material into a website. This has the advantage of being more easily accessible to most people and secondly allows us to add further material as and when appropriate. This website is slightly different from the original CD in that it not only contains case studies but also discussion papers. The main paper on the website is a comparison of Systems Leadership with other approaches. This allows the reader to consider if and how other approaches are complementary to Systems Leadership. 

In addition, there are case studies which are either longer versions of those in the book and new ones but also include case studies from the first edition.

We believe that this material adds to the core theory and concepts in the book and provides more information for those seriously interested in using Systems Leadership to create positive organisations.
