Troubleshooting

In order to view the characters on this site, please make sure that your browser has Japanese language support enabled and a font set that will support the characters.

In Internet Explorer:
To add Japanese Language support, go to 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options'. Under the 'General' tab, click on 'Languages'. Click on 'Add' and choose 'Japanese' from the list of options. Click OK.

To change the font, Go to 'Tools' and select 'Internet Options'. Under the 'General' tab, select 'Fonts'. In 'Language Scripts' select 'Japanese'. Choose 'Arial Unicode MS' or a similar font. Click OK.

You may need to restart your browser for the changes to take place.

In Firefox:
Click on 'View', scroll down to 'Character Encoding', choose 'Auto select' and click on Japanese.
